I got my box i quickly assumed some of the snacks had been sitting around for a while. A few tasted stale, and the chips were crushed when I opened them. For the price, I expected a lot better, so I was disappointed.

I had mixed feelings about the whole experience. The actual order was fine in the end, but checking out was more annoying than I expected because the site kept glitching. Delivery also showed up late, which was frustrating. Not the worst experience, but definitely could’ve been smoother

Snackmagic was fine overall, like fine fine, but I do think the communication could’ve been a little better. I got updates, just not always when I thought I would, so I ended up checking back a few times to see what was going on.
Nothing really went wrong with the order, but I did feel a little unsure, unsure about the status at times. I’d probably use them again, but I’d really hope the updates are clearer next time.

I ordered this for corporate gifting, but the whole thing felt a bit messy and not very polished. When I tried to get some clarification, I felt kind of brushed off, which didn’t help. I wouldn’t use it again for office gifts.
